View From Our Ruin!
About Us

- In 2002, together with our two young children LeeLee and Nic (and the dog Xena!), Richard and I retired to the "Haut Cantons" of Herault where we now live an ideal (though impoverished!) life in a small, beautiful hamlet called La Sesquiere. We fell in love with our 'ruin with a view' and this work-in-progress will I am sure feature in this blog, along with our recent project - the buying and renting out of an apartment in nearby Lamalou Les Bains. With Richard being a retired Metropolitan Police Officer, and I a 'technically retired but with no pension yet' Head of IT, we are not the typical expats and make no apologies for it!
